What do we look for?

Carv is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be the right hand to the Head of Delivery &Customer Success, supporting all aspects of customer delivery and success projects. This role involves direct client interaction, product configuration and demos, support content creation, testing, AI prompt writing, and process structuring.

The team

Carv.com was founded by an experienced team that has previously built and exited a disruptive recruitment technology company. After the founders saw firsthand how AI could change the dynamics within a recruitment organization, the initial idea for Carv was born.

You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise who are passionate about building a product soon to be used by millions of users. The culture is one of innovation, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering value to future customers and driving growth for the business.


What will you be doing?

  • Working directly with clients to deliver projects from start to finish
  • Explaining, configuring, and delivering product demos
  • Supporting in creating product content
  • Testing and AI prompt writing
  • Collecting and sharing product feedback/ideas with the product team
  • Structuring the delivery process, including tools and systems

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success
    • Preferably tech savvy
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry's challenges, trends, and operational needs
  • Knowledge of recruitment and IT/security principles as they relate to SaaS products and the ability to communicate these effectively to clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communicator in English and Dutch
  • Strong writing skills
    • Preferably with AI prompt writing experience.
