What do we look for?
Carv is seeking a Senior Customer Success & Implementation Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will partner closely with Sales & Product to lead client success initiatives and technical implementation projects. You’ll serve as a client advocate, technical expert, and project manager, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption of our platform.

This role combines the strategic aspects of customer success with the hands-on technical and operational demands of implementation management. You'll help shape the customer journey from onboarding to long-term success, contributing to the growth of both our clients and Carv.

What will you be doing?
Customer Success

  • Working directly with clients to ensure their success with our platform.

  • Writing, testing, and refining AI prompts for customer needs.

  • Acting as the primary client advocate, gathering and communicating feedback to the product team.

  • Structuring and optimizing the delivery process, tools, and systems.

  • Creating support content, onboarding resources, and knowledge bases to enhance user experience.

Implementation Management

  • Leading end-to-end technical implementation projects, including scoping, configuration, and delivery.

  • Collaborating with clients to configure solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

  • Developing and refining frameworks, tools, and processes for scalable implementations.

  • Ensuring seamless integration of APIs and other technical components into client ecosystems.

Job requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation Management, or a similar role in SaaS.

  • Experience in the recruitment or HR tech space, preferably with AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience with SaaS implementations, APIs, system configurations, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Familiarity with automation workflows, database structures, and AI prompt writing.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable, client-friendly solutions.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving prowess.

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA or similar for project tracking and optimization.
