We’re now looking for an IT Support Engineer who’ll be the go-to person for everything IT: from troubleshooting and device setup to system administration and compliance support.
You’ll join a growing team of high performers, ensuring everyone at Carv can work efficiently, securely, and confidently.
What You’ll Do
IT Support & Internal Systems
Be the first point of contact for IT queries - from MacBook issues to access management.
Manage and maintain Carv’s hardware fleet (MacOS).
Administer core platforms like Mosyle, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and our SaaS ecosystem.
Oversee user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth and secure access transitions.
Track and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
IT Operations & Security
Support IT security configurations across devices and systems.
Help deploy and manage MDM tools (e.g. Mosyle).
Ensure patching, updates, and access control are consistently applied.
Assist in implementing and maintaining Carv’s IT compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with People Ops to deliver seamless IT onboarding.
Create internal knowledge base content and IT guides for the wider team.
Suggest and test improvements to internal IT processes and tools.

Job requirements
2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
Solid knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace management.
Familiarity with MDM systems (e.g., Mosyle).
Basic understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
Great communicator with a service mindset —> approachable and proactive.
Fluent English.
