What do we look for?
On the lookout for a recruiter to join our innovative and dynamic team in Amsterdam. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment strategy. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and implement best-in-class recruitment solutions.
This hands-on role requires strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills. You will help build our talent pipeline and shape the future of recruitment at Carv.
What will you be doing?
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions.
Sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
Conducting structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Providing an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and hiring decisions.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best recruitment practices.

Job requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within SaaS, HR tech, or the technology sector.
Proven track record: Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
Strong stakeholder management: Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Data-driven mindset: Experience using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with an ATS and other recruitment tools.
Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop innovative sourcing and hiring strategies.
