We’re on a mission to help recruitment agencies and in-house teams go to zero admin and unlock more hires with less hassle. Our AI-powered platform is built by a team that previously exited a disruptive recruitment tech company - and now, we're rewriting the rules of hiring again. 

What do we look for?

Carv is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager who can build and scale organic growth engines across multiple product funnels. You’ll be the architect of our inbound motion - driving pipeline through SEO, content, landing pages, and nurture flows - all while strengthening the Carv brand.

Your Responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute inbound strategies that align with pipeline goals

  • Own keyword research and translate it into actionable, SEO-driven content plans

  • Manage freelance writers and collaborate with in-house creators

  • Optimize and expand inbound conversion paths, landing pages, and nurture flows

  • Lead organic social strategy in alignment with brand and product teams

  • Use tools like Ahrefs, GA4, and our CMS to track performance and spot opportunities

  • Write content when needed (~30% of the role), ensuring high quality and voice consistency



Your Mission

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of Carv’s inbound marketing engine, building awareness and demand across:

  • 3+ modular product funnels (each with distinct ICPs and buyer journeys)

  • A brand-level awareness funnel that showcases Carv’s story and value

  • Supporting layers like social, email, and SEO - all tied to performance and growth


With a strong foundation already in place, you’ll help Carv reach new audiences, convert interest into action, and drive measurable impact through organic, content-led marketing.

Job requirements

  • At least 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (inbound, SEO, or content-focused)

  • Strong hands-on SEO skills (Ahrefs, GA4, CMS)

  • Confidently managing content production workflows

  • Organized, strategic, and proactive in cross-functional work
