What do we look for?

We're looking for a VP of Product to lead our dynamic product team, bringing high energy, a proactive approach, and preferably a deep understanding of the recruitment services landscape.

The Role

You will own and scale Carv’s product direction, from vision to execution. Together with the founders and leadership team, you’ll co-create the product vision and translate it into a clear strategy and roadmap. Leading the product organization, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our VP of Engineering and the broader tech team to build cutting-edge AI that solves real problems for recruiters and candidates.

You’ll also partner closely with our commercial and delivery teams to ensure our roadmap delivers client value while keeping us ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. This role is equal parts visionary and operator: you’ll help set the long-term direction, bring structure to scale-up realities, and make sure we deliver against ambitious milestones. As part of the leadership team, you’ll shape not only our product but also how we build and scale as a company.


What will you be doing?

  • Lead and grow the product organization, setting vision, structure, and direction.

  • Co-create the product vision with the founders and leadership team, and turn it into a tangible strategy.

  • Develop a clear roadmap with execution plans and measurable milestones.

  • Work closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable AI products.

  • Partner with commercial and delivery teams to align product with customer needs and market opportunities.

  • Bring clarity and structure to the fast-moving environment of a scale-up, ensuring focus while staying adaptable.

  • Represent product internally and externally: to clients and parters.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience leading product in B2B SaaS.

  • Since our product serves both recruiters and job seekers, experience in consumer-facing experience is a requirement as well.

  • A track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth environments.

  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution, co-creating vision with founders and translating it into strategy and action.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure and focus without slowing speed.

  • Excellent communicator —> able to align engineering, commercial, and delivery teams behind one vision.

  • Experience working closely with founders, and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong preference for familiarity with the recruitment or HR tech ecosystem.
